Position: Cafe Attendant & Barista

Jalapeno Cafe is looking for enthusiastic, responsible, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Cafe Attendant & Barista.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.

• Take and process customer orders accurately.

• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and other food items.

• Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment properly.

• Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.

• Serve food and beverages according to cafe standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe and workstations.

• Assist customers with menu-related queries and requests.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

• Handle customer feedback professionally.

• Assist with other daily cafe operations as required.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

• Previous barista experience or knowledge of coffee preparation is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-friendly and professional attitude.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe environment.

• Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
