Responsibilities & Context:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate work across different departments

  • Monitor daily office operations

  • Organize meetings and prepare minutes

  • Prepare reports and manage data

  • Execute tasks according to instructions from senior management

  • Maintain office documents and files

🔹 Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline

  • BBA / MBA in Finance or Accounting will be preferred

🔹 Experience:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

  • Fresher’s with strong academic records may also apply

🔹 Additional Requirements:

  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email)

  • Good communication skills (English & Bangla)

  • Ability to work in a team

  • Responsible and punctual
