Responsibilities & Context:
We are a reputed knit composite factory seeking a highly skilled and result-driven AGM/DGM – Dyeing Marketing & Sales to strengthen our marketing team. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of dyed knit fabrics and strong connections with garment buyers (both local and international). This leadership role involves developing sales strategies, driving business growth, and managing buyer relationships with a clear focus on achieving targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote dyed knit fabrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and local garment factories.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets through effective market analysis and client engagement.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery as per the buyer's requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales performance, buyer feedback, and market development.
