Responsibilities & Context:
Technical Responsibilities:
• Provide first and second-level technical support to end users via in-person to Factory End, phone, email or remote tools.
• Support remote users and resolve issues related to remote access tools (VPN, RDP, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software (Windows OS, MS Office, business applications) issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including imaging and deployment.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, email configurations, and access rights in Office 365.
• Expertise in Outlook troubleshooting (Configuration, PST/OST management, and sync issues).
• Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and assist with network-related issues.
• Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of CCTV, IP cameras, and biometric access control systems.
• Perform regular system updates, hardware maintenance, and data backups.
• Document technical procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide rapid technical assistance at the Gazipur Factory and Mirpur Factory as required.
• Handle any other IT-related tasks as assigned by the management.
