Job Context
We are looking for passionate and motivated Assistant Software Engineers to join our product engineering team. The selected candidates will work on scalable SaaS applications consisting of modular ASP.NET Core APIs, API Gateway, authentication, business modules, integrations, and modern web interfaces. The role will primarily focus on backend/API development using C# and ASP.NET Core, with opportunities to collaborate on frontend features built with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
Job Responsibilities
Understand business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
Estimate development tasks and deliver work on time.
Build and maintain scalable REST APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
Work with authentication, authorization, API gateways, and service communication.
Design database tables, relationships, queries, and data access layers.
Work with SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, caching, and messaging systems.
Develop frontend features using Next.js, React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Write unit and integration tests for APIs and important application features.
Debug issues and improve application performance.
Follow coding standards, Git workflows, and code review practices.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
Maintain API documentation and technical notes.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.
Experience with ASP.NET Core Web API and RESTful API development.
Good knowledge of Next.js, React, and TypeScript.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design.
Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, database design, and LINQ.
Experience with Entity Framework Core or another ORM.
Familiarity with Git and version-control practices.
Knowledge of unit testing with xUnit or NUnit.
Experience with mocking tools such as Moq or NSubstitute.
Understanding of frontend and backend API integration.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
