Diploma in EEE / ETE / ICT / Network Engineering or relevant discipline.
B.Sc. in CSE / EEE / ETE / ICT / Network Engineering or relevant discipline.

Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and maintain ISP network operations from the NOC.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network faults to ensure maximum uptime.
Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone and remote access.
Coordinate with field engineers for fault resolution and maintenance activities.
Monitor routers, switches, OLTs, EPON/GPON devices, and backbone links.
Maintain daily NOC logs, incident reports, and service records.
Maintain inventory records of networking equipment, fiber materials, and spare parts.
Track stock movement and coordinate with the technical and procurement teams to ensure equipment availability.
Perform other technical and operational duties assigned by the management.
