- Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, subnetting)
- Router configuration (Mikrotik / TP-Link / Tenda / Huawei routers)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work with Google Earth Pro / KMZ files
- Basic understanding of Fiber cable & connectivity
- Problem solving skill in Networking & ISP related issues
- Teamwork & communication skill
Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and troubleshoot network performance.
Basic understanding of fiber cable & connectivity.
Online client router configuration & technical support (from office).
Preparing reports & documentation (Excel, Word, KMZ).
Communicate with field teams & upstream providers.
Maintain network performance logs and incident records.
