The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing social media content and paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. The company has been operating in Bangladesh`s real estate sector since 2015 with a focus on quality, timely project delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Execute and optimize social media marketing campaigns.
Manage Paid Campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.
Create creative posts, reels, videos, and captions in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Increase page engagement and respond to audience inquiries professionally.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly reports.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and competitor activities.
Develop innovative strategies for Brand Awareness and Lead Generation.
Have knowledge on SEO will be given preferences.
