• Age 20 to 35 years

• Manage daily store operations, including ensuring the store is clean and presentable.

• Oversee inventory levels, stock, and ordering to prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products and timely deliveries.

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve targets.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complaints and maintaining service standards.

• Monitor market trends, new products, and competitors to stay competitive.

• Promote the store and its products through marketing and community involvement.

• Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance.

• Assist Area Manager in developing Business Strategies for Retail Operations.

• Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR), Goods Received Notes (GRN) and manage store to store Stock Transfer, Stock Returns etc. through SAP System.

• Manage and monitor POS System & Loyalty issues as and when necessary.

• Seek and continuously develop knowledge and information about competitor activity, pricing and tactics, and communicate this to relevant departments in the Company.

• Supervise selling and Guest service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and Guest satisfaction.

• Handle costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the shop.
