Job Description

• Conduct identification and purity testing of biotechnology products in accordance with established quality standards.

• Perform analytical tests including SDS-PAGE, Western Blotting, Protein Quantification, ELISA, and UV-based assays for biotech products.

• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and calibration of all biotechnology laboratory equipment.

• Maintain effective laboratory waste management in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide support in calibration and qualification of laboratory instruments used in the Biotechnology Lab.

• Assist in ensuring 100% laboratory readiness for upcoming biotech products and projects.

• Manage working standards and laboratory inventory, ensuring proper documentation and stock control.

• Perform supervisory and coordination activities as required for smooth laboratory operations.

• Prepare and maintain SOPs, STPs, and other GMP-related documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Ensure personnel hygiene and laboratory discipline in accordance with GMP guidelines

• Perform any additional tasks or assignments as directed by the Head of Biotechnology.
