Job Description
Coordinate all Change Control activities, including tracking actions, ensuring timely follow-up, and preparing related reports.
Manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes, including follow-up and effectiveness verification.
Prepare the Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) report as per the approved schedule.
Participate as a team member in investigations related to incidents, deviations, customer complaints, OOS (Out of of Specification), Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and other non-conformances, and propose effective CAPA.
Conduct risk assessments in compliance with established SOPs.
Manage vendor qualification activities (new and alternative sources) for raw and packaging materials as per SOP requirements.
Prepare audit schedules and agendas, coordinate internal and external audits (including remote/online audits), and monitor audit-related CAPA implementation
Perform batch release activities in accordance with regulatory and company standards.
Support Quality Surveillance and overall Audit Management activities.
