You will be the face of our service, responsible for the safe and timely delivery of parcels and food items to our customers. The ideal candidate is punctual, possesses strong local route knowledge, and is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safe Transportation: Safely operate your vehicle (cycle/motorcycle) to transport packages and food from pickup points to customer doorsteps in a timely manner.
Route Planning: Utilize GPS and navigation tools to navigate traffic efficiently, ensuring all delivery deadlines are met.
Payment & Documentation: Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments accurately, obtain proof of delivery (digital signatures or photos), and maintain clear records of all transactions.
Customer Service: Address customer inquiries professionally and maintain a polite, helpful demeanor during every interaction.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular checks to ensure your vehicle is in good working condition, fueled, and operated according to local traffic laws and safety best practices.
System Compliance: Stay active on the delivery app during working hours, promptly accept order requests, and update the status of each delivery in real-time.
The role requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions and navigate busy urban environments. We value reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. Successful candidates will be part of a platform that prioritizes timely service and customer satisfaction.
