Experience:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily delivery operations to ensure all customer orders are delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
Allocate delivery personnel, vehicles, and routes efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize delivery delays.
Monitor the real-time status of deliveries and proactively resolve operational issues to maintain service excellence.
Verify delivery documents, invoices, delivery challans, and customer acknowledgments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Supervise and evaluate the performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity of delivery personnel.
Ensure all products are handled, loaded, transported, and delivered in accordance with company standards and safety procedures.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, returns, failed deliveries, and customer feedback, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Investigate and resolve delivery-related complaints, damaged goods, missing items, or customer disputes in a timely and professional manner.
Monitor delivery expenses, fuel consumption, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency, and recommend cost-saving improvements.
Ensure company vehicles, delivery equipment, and other assets are properly maintained and utilized responsibly.
Enforce company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards across all delivery activities.
Train, guide, and motivate delivery staff to improve operational efficiency and customer service standards.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate loading, stock reconciliation, and proper documentation before dispatch.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and customer data while performing all assigned duties.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management to support business operations.
