Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and monitor packaging machines during production
Set up machines according to production requirements
Load packaging materials such as films, labels, cartons, and pouches
Ensure products are packed correctly and meet quality standards
Check sealing, labeling, coding, and weight accuracy of packages
Identify and report machine malfunctions or technical issues
Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area
Follow company safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
Record production data and machine performance information
Assist maintenance technicians when necessary
Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled time
Minimize product waste and packaging errors
Conduct routine inspections before and after machine operation
Work closely with quality control and production teams
