Good Luck Thai BD is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Officer to manage daily store operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, especially in Data Entry (Excel & Word), internet browsing, product sourcing, inventory control, and stock analysis. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, monitoring inventory movement, and preparing financial/store balance reports on a monthly or half-yearly basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain all store-related records with proper documentation and data entry using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking of products/materials.

• Monitor and maintain daily store stock balance and inventory movement.

• Conduct regular stock checking and physical inventory verification.

• Analyze stock levels and prepare stock reports to avoid shortages or overstocking.

• Source products/materials through internet browsing and communicate with suppliers when required.

• Assist management in identifying quality products at competitive prices.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, or half-yearly stock balance sheets and analysis reports.

• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts departments for smooth operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the store.

• Report any stock discrepancies, damage, or shortages to management immediately.
