বৈধ ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স (দুই চাকার যানবাহনের জন্য) থাকতে হবে। স্মার্টফোন থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ:
আইটি পণ্য সংগ্রহ করে গ্রাহকের নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় পৌঁছে দেওয়া।
নির্ধারিত রুট ও সময়সূচি অনুযায়ী সকল পণ্য যথাসময়ে ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
ডেলিভারির পূর্বে পণ্যের পরিমাণ, প্যাকেজের অবস্থা এবং গ্রাহকের ঠিকানা সঠিকভাবে যাচাই করা।
গ্রাহকদের সাথে সর্বদা ভদ্র, পেশাদার ও সৌজন্যমূলক আচরণ করা।
ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত কোনো সমস্যা, বিলম্ব, পণ্য ফেরত বা গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ হলে তা দ্রুত সংশ্লিষ্ট সুপারভাইজারকে অবহিত করা।
পণ্য পরিবহনের সময় নিরাপত্তা নির্দেশনা ও ট্রাফিক আইন যথাযথভাবে মেনে চলা।
ওয়ারহাউজের পণ্য বাছাই, প্যাকিং ও অন্যান্য সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে সহযোগিতা করা।
পণ্য ডেলিভারির সময় ব্যক্তিগত পরিচ্ছন্নতা ও স্বাস্থ্যবিধি যথাযথভাবে বজায় রাখা।
