Manage the sourcing, delivery, and quality control of all garment accessories.

Ensure on-time delivery of accessories according to the Time & Action (T&A) plan.

Coordinate with merchandising, planning, production, warehouse, and commercial teams to meet production schedules.

Follow up with suppliers regarding production progress, quality, and shipment status.

Inspect incoming accessories and ensure compliance with buyer specifications and approved samples.

Resolve quality issues by implementing corrective and preventive actions with suppliers.

Maintain strong relationships with local and overseas accessory suppliers.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of accessories without overstocking.

Prepare and maintain delivery trackers, quality reports, supplier performance reports, and management dashboards.

Conduct supplier evaluations and recommend continuous improvements.

Minimize production delays caused by accessory shortages or quality issues.

Handle urgent developments and critical deliveries efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company policies, buyer requirements, and industry quality standards.

Additional Requirements

Strong knowledge of garment accessories, trims, labels, packaging materials, and buyer compliance.

Experience working with local and international accessory suppliers.

Excellent planning, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and reporting tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
