Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate cable sales activities between the Cables B2B team and Corporate Sales team to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.

  • Conduct field visits to support sales teams, provide guidance, and generate leads to strengthen targeted cable sales.

  • Monitor sales pipeline, credit status, and recruitment coordination related to cable products.

  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure finished goods (FG) availability, facilitate timely approvals, and manage escalations to support efficient cable sales operations.

  • Verify stock availability and delivery timelines before confirming customer orders to ensure accurate commitments.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and the sales team for follow-ups, clarifications, and documentation support.

  • Prepare periodic sales reports, performance summaries, and sales forecasts for management review.

  • Maintain and organize contracts, compliance documents, and client records to ensure proper documentation and accessibility.

  • Monitor sales KPIs and performance indicators, identifying gaps or risks and reporting them to management.

  • Collect and analyze competitor pricing and market intelligence to support strategic sales planning and decision-making.
