  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and process improvement.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Provide analytics-based insights and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

  2. Coordinate with management regarding project initiatives and process improvement proposals within the Corporate Sales Division (CSD).

  3. Coordinate with the IT team to establish automated processes and improve operational efficiency.

  4. Manage legal coordination for QC and vetting of MoUs and agreements in collaboration with the Legal team.

  5. Ensure business process compliance through regular coordination with the Legal department.

  6. Identify and report non-compliances, non-conformities, and potential business or customer risks in operational processes.

  7. Support manpower development initiatives and employee engagement activities within the department.

  8. Coordinate introductory training and onboarding activities for newly recruited employees.

  9. Manage all corporate office coordination related to hosting corporate clients and stakeholders.

  10. Conduct business research and field visits to identify and onboard potential new customers.

  11. Assist Team Leads and team members in new business development activities when required.
