Required Qualifications & Experience

• Business Area Experience (Preferred): Training Institutes, Software Companies, or IT-Enabled Services.
• Mandatory Requirement: A strong portfolio/showreel showcasing diverse and high-quality video editing and motion graphics projects.

Skills & Expertise

• Core Software Mastery (Mandatory):
  • Adobe Premiere Pro (Expert)
  • Adobe After Effects (Expert)
  • Adobe Illustrator (Proficient)
• High Advantage:
  • Expertise in DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Experience with 3D tools such as Blender.
  • Familiarity with AI-based animation tools.
• Creative Skills: Strong command over storytelling, rhythm, pacing, color grading, and sound design.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-grade videos for social media, promotional, and corporate use, ensuring a strong narrative, excellent pacing, and cinematic flair.

• Motion Graphics & VFX: Design, create, and implement high-quality 2D/3D motion graphics, animations, titles, and visual effects (VFX) that align with brand guidelines.

• Creative Assets: Perform color correction/grading, sound design/audio mixing (music, voiceovers, sound effects), and final mastering.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, storyboard, and execute innovative video and digital campaigns.

• Technical Excellence: Optimize video content for various digital platforms and stay updated with the latest editing software, animation trends, and creative technologies (including AI-based tools).

• Asset Management: Capture, organize, and manage media assets efficiently throughout the project lifecycle.
