Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile IT Executive to manage our day-to-day IT infrastructure, digital presence, and online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate shall be able to execute tasks related to office IT support, website management, digital marketing, and creative design, while coordinating closely with management to drive digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and troubleshoot office IT systems, including PCs, printers, networking devices, and routers. Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/Wi-Fi networks and internet connectivity. Install, configure, and update essential software and operating systems.
2. Provide technical support to staff for IT-related issues and perform regular system maintenance. Manage company email systems and user accounts. Support the use of office productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.), and ensure proper data organization, backups, and basic security practices.
3. Manage and update the company website (WordPress or custom-built). Handle content updates, monitor website performance, and perform basic troubleshooting. Ensure website security, regular backups, and uptime.
4. Execute digital marketing and SEO activities, including on-page and basic off-page optimization. Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, and work towards improving search rankings and online visibility.
5. Create, write, and publish blog posts, articles, and website content. Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
6. Design marketing and promotional materials using tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms. Create social media posts, banners, and other creatives while maintaining consistent brand identity.
7. Collaborate with management to identify and implement digital initiatives. Suggest improvements for automation, tools, and workflows, and coordinate with external vendors (developers, marketers, etc.) as required.
