• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing

• 2 to 5 years
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 20 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or relevant 2D/3D fashion software.

• Strong practical knowledge of the local fabric and trim markets (e.g., Islampur, Gausia, Narayanganj).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch designs directly to clients.

• A strong understanding of commercial sales, retail trends, and customer preferences.

• Ability to multitasking between creative design and operational factory follow-ups.

• Design & Development: Research market trends to conceptualize and develop innovative, commercial garment styles (knit/woven) for our brand and clients.

• Sourcing: Visit local fabric and accessories markets to source high-quality materials, trims, and accessories aligned with design requirements and cost parameters.

• Client Communication: Present design concepts, mood boards, and samples to clients, and efficiently manage the design approval process.

• Factory Production Follow-up: Coordinate closely with our manufacturing units/factories to ensure samples and bulk production accurately match approved designs and quality standards.

• Brand & Sales Growth: Actively follow up on and monitor brand sales performance, analyzing what designs are performing well to optimize future collections and drive revenue.
