Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities
1.Support the Creative Director and design team in developing seasonal concepts and collections.
2.Research trends, fabrics, trims, washes, and color palettes to inform designs.
3.Create mood boards, color stories, and visuals for collections and internal reviews.
4.Prepare technical sketches, standard grading & design specifications for sample development.
5. Assist fittings to ensure garment fit, construction quality, and brand standards.
6. Collaborate with production, CAD teams, and suppliers to ensure design execution.
7. Participate in campaign shoots, styling, and visual storytelling.
8. Maintain organized archives of samples, materials, and design documentation.
9. Incorporate feedback and stay updated on design techniques, materials, and industry trends.
