Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.

  2. Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  4. Follow up with clients regarding service requests, complaints, and feedback.

  5. Maintain customer records, interactions, and service reports.

  6. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

  7. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.

  8. Manage inbound and outbound customer communication professionally.

  9. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.

  10. Support customer engagement and contribute to a positive customer experience.
