• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and real-time inventory records across the factory, warehouse, and retail/online platforms.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute smooth product flow from production to warehouse and ultimately to customers or retail stores.

• Monitor SKU-wise inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.

• Collaborate closely with the production team to align weekly production plans with inventory requirements.

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, quality control (QC), tagging and barcoding, as well as proper storage and shelving.

• Allocate stock efficiently based on sales performance, market trends, and demand forecasting.

• Minimize discrepancies, overstocking, and stock shortages through data-driven analysis and decision-making.

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock movement reports to management.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring discipline, accountability, and operational efficiency.

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management, safety protocols, and documentation processes.
