Responsibilities & Context:
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the super shop.
Supervise and lead all store employees.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory, stock receiving, stock transfers, stock reconciliation, and stock audits.
Monitor product availability and ensure timely replenishment.
Coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Handle purchase orders, goods receiving, and vendor payments in coordination with management.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store cleanliness.
Minimize inventory losses through effective stock control.
Supervise POS systems and retail management software.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
