• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting, Management

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Supply Chain, Super store, Departmental store

• Age 22 to 35 years
• Only Male

Candidates who are now working at Mini Super Shop and managing business and purchases will get an advantage

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the super shop.

• Supervise and lead all store employees.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.

• Manage inventory, stock receiving, stock transfers, stock reconciliation, and stock audits.

• Monitor product availability and ensure timely replenishment.

• Coordinate with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Handle purchase orders, goods receiving, and vendor payments in coordination with management.

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

• Ensure proper merchandising, product display, and store cleanliness.

• Minimize inventory losses through effective stock control.

• Supervise POS systems and retail management software.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Coordinate promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
