Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce high-quality video content for advertisements, promotional campaigns, social media, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, creative vision, and the ability to transform raw footage into compelling stories that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for ads, product promotions, and corporate communications.

• Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and marketing teams to ensure video content meets project goals.

• Adapt video edits for different formats (short ads, explainer videos, social media reels, training modules).

• Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance storytelling.

• Ensure videos reflect brand tone, customer needs, and cultural relevance.

• Review and refine edits based on stakeholder feedback.

• Stay updated on industry trends, editing techniques, and emerging video platforms.

• Maintain consistency in video style and messaging across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Communication, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, multimedia production, or related creative roles.

• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).

• Strong command of both Bengali and English for versatile content adaptation.

• Excellent storytelling, editing, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
