Responsibilities & Context:

Are you a "Sales Hunter" who loves the thrill of closing a conversation? Lowkia Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Cold Calling Superstar to join our international outreach team. Your mission is simple: Connect with US-based business owners, identify their digital gaps, and book high-value appointments for our Web Development and Digital Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Cold Calling: Execute 80-100+ outbound calls daily to US-based leads (Small to Mid-sized businesses).

  • Pitch & Convince: Professionally pitch our core services (Webflow/WordPress Dev, SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing).

  • Lead Qualification: Ask the right discovery questions to identify if a lead is "Hot" or "Warm."

  • Appointment Setting: Bypass gatekeepers and handle objections to book "Discovery Calls" in our sales calendar.

  • CRM Management: Maintain clean records of every interaction in our CRM (GoHighLevel).

Requirements (The Non-Negotiables):

  • Fluent English (US/Neutral Accent): You must be able to hold a natural, persuasive conversation with American business owners.

  • Proven Track Record: At least 1-2 years of experience in US-bound cold calling or appointment setting.

  • Knowledge of Digital Services: You should understand what SEO, Web Development, and PPC are so you can talk with authority.

  • Resilience: A "Never-give-up" attitude. You see a "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes."

  • Night Shift Ready: Must be committed to working during US business hours.
