Experience:
BSc./BBA in any discipline from reputed university
Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Good analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced business environment.
Coordinate the end-to-end sales documentation process, including collecting purchase orders, required documents, and following up on the workflow until payment completion.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure customer satisfaction regarding delivered products and services.
Collect and analyze customer requirements, specifications, and price-related information to support the development of new SKUs in coordination with the R&I department.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients by understanding their business needs and providing effective solutions.
Arrange and facilitate meetings between corporate clients and senior management when necessary.
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to meet client expectations and improve service quality.
Coordinate with the Research & Innovation (R&I) team on product development and improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with the design department to develop new design concepts and product improvements when required.
Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and statements to maintain engagement and promote company battery products.
Perform additional office and development-related tasks assigned by senior management or the Head of Department (HOD).
