Sales & Business Development:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets for apartment sales.

Client Relationship Management, identify and engage potential buyers and investors through networking, phone calls, online inquiries, and site visits.

Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Provide clients with detailed information about properties, pricing, payment schedules, and financing options.

Handle client queries, negotiations, and concerns professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Market Research, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.

Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, bookings, and deal progress.

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Work closely with marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth property transactions.

Provide guidance and support to junior sales executives when needed.

Conduct site visits with potential clients to showcase properties and explain project features.
