Job Context
We are a leading supplier of diagnostic and pathology solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented sales and marketing executive to promote our range of pathology equipment (e.g., Hematology Analyzers, Biochemistry Machines, Immunoassay Systems) to hospitals, diagnostic centers, and clinics.
Department: Sales and Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Market penetration: Identity and visit potential clients (Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, and Labs) to Promote pathology equipment.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Lab In-Charge, purchase managers, and owners of hospitals.
Technical presentation: Conduct product demonstrations and explain the technical specifications of the machinery.
Sales Targets: Meet monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and stay updated on the latest trends in the medical device industry.
Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and sales forecasts.
