Biomax International is a leading supplier of medical equipment and diagnostic solutions in Bangladesh. We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to lead the sales team, develop market strategies, expand client networks, and drive business growth across hospitals and diagnostic centers.
Department: Sales and Marketing Department.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, guide, and motivate the Sales and Marketing Officers to achieve departmental goals and maintain high performance standards.
Strategic Sales Management: Identify high-potential clients (Diagnostic Centers, Hospitals, and Labs), develop strategic plans, and actively close sales of pathology and medical equipment.
Relationship Management: Build and strengthen relationships with Lab In-Charge, Purchase Managers, and hospital owners to ensure long-term partnerships.
Technical Expertise & Presentation: Conduct advanced product demonstrations, explain technical specifications, and address client queries to support sales closure.
Sales Targets & Performance Monitoring: Ensure monthly and annual sales targets are met; monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities, industry trends, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed daily/weekly visit reports, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.
