Job Context

Armani Properties is seeking dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Executives / Sales Executives to join our team. We are looking for professionals with a strong background in real estate sales, particularly in property share, residential, and commercial properties. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, meeting targets, and contributing to our annual business plan through strategic sales activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sell exclusive and high-value commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast, and margin targets.
  • Develop an annual sales plan and provide quarterly and monthly updates in connection with the company's yearly business plan.
  • Implement and report on daily, weekly, and monthly action plans.
  • Conduct competitive market intelligence and analysis to enhance market leadership.
  • Ensure customer acquisition according to departmental targets.
  • Achieve company revenue and profit targets through proper planning and execution.
  • Generate innovative ideas for sales and develop strategies to attract clients.
  • Visit corporate clients to generate revenue through new sales.
  • Attend to prospect calls, answer inquiries, and ensure proper support.
  • Ensure and maintain proper records of all sales activities.
  • Liaise with other department heads to ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in any other activities as required by management.
