* Registration with the Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB) will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

* 2–5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.

* Fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios may also apply.

Additional Requirements

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

* Strong knowledge of BNBC, RAJUK approval procedures, and construction detailing.

* Excellent presentation and communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.

* Experience in real estate or developer companies will receive preference.

We are looking for a talented and creative Architect to join our Design & Planning Team.

Job Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural concepts, design proposals, and detailed working drawings.

* Develop residential, commercial, resort, and township project designs.

* Prepare layout plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.

* Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and MEP consultants.

* Ensure designs comply with BNBC, RAJUK, and other relevant regulations.

* Review architectural drawings before submission for approval.

* Coordinate with site engineers to ensure proper implementation of design.

* Conduct site visits to monitor architectural quality and resolve design-related issues.

* Prepare project presentations, brochures, and design reports.

* Support management in project planning and design development.

* Stay updated with current architectural trends, sustainable design practices, and construction technologies.

* Salary: Negotiable (Based on qualifications and experience)
