Experience Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in architectural drafting or construction projects.

  • Fresh graduates with excellent AutoCAD skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

* Excellent command of AutoCAD.

* Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, or Revit will be considered an advantage.

* Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.

* Ability to perform site measurements and prepare as-built drawings.

* Good communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to work under deadlines and travel to project sites when required.

Armani Properties Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Diploma Architect to support our architectural design, drafting, and construction supervision activities. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy transforming design concepts into practical construction solutions.

Job Location

  • Dhaka (with project site visits)

  • Work at Office & Project Sites

## Job Responsibilities

* Prepare architectural drawings and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD, 2D,3D

* Assist senior architects in design development and project documentation.

* Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

* Modify drawings based on project requirements.

* Conduct project site visits and monitor construction progress.

* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

* Prepare quantity take-offs and material schedules when required.

* Maintain drawing revisions and project documentation.

* Support preparation of project presentations and brochures.

* Ensure drawings comply with approved designs and company standards.

* Perform other architectural and technical tasks assigned by management.
