Key Responsibilities
Attend and assist walk-in clients professionally at the sales office.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, website and other communication channels.
Contact and follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis until a sales decision is reached.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, facilities and investment opportunities accurately.
Arrange, coordinate and conduct customer meetings, site visits and project presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database on a daily basis.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
Assist customers with booking procedures and coordinate with the Accounts and Admin departments for documentation and payment processing.
Follow up on pending payments, booking confirmations and customer documentation as required.
Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, roadshows and marketing campaigns organized by the company.
Maintain professional behavior, punctuality and dress code.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Armani Properties projects, policies, pricing and promotional offers.
Represent Armani Properties professionally by maintaining a positive attitude, excellent customer service and ethical sales practices.
Perform any other sales and customer service-related duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
