Responsibilities & Context:

Department: Sales & Marketing

Workplace: Work at Office

Location: Motijheel - Dhaka

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend and assist walk-in clients professionally at the sales office.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, website and other communication channels.

  • Contact and follow up with prospective customers on a regular basis until a sales decision is reached.

  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, facilities and investment opportunities accurately.

  • Arrange, coordinate and conduct customer meetings, site visits and project presentations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/database on a daily basis.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

  • Assist customers with booking procedures and coordinate with the Accounts and Admin departments for documentation and payment processing.

  • Follow up on pending payments, booking confirmations and customer documentation as required.

  • Participate in property exhibitions, promotional events, roadshows and marketing campaigns organized by the company.

  • Maintain professional behavior, punctuality and dress code.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Armani Properties projects, policies, pricing and promotional offers.

  • Represent Armani Properties professionally by maintaining a positive attitude, excellent customer service and ethical sales practices.

  • Perform any other sales and customer service-related duties assigned by management to support business objectives.
