Experience:

• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum Bachelor/ Honours Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, digital marketing tools, and Software Operations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or sales promotion.

• Experience in consumer electronics (TV, Refrigerator, home appliances) or NGO sector marketing will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products.

• Coordinate with sales and showroom teams to increase product visibility and achieve sales targets.

• Supervise sales team and monitor daily sales activities.

• Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers.

• Manage digital marketing channels, social media campaigns, and advertising efforts.

• Conduct market research, analyze customer trends, and provide actionable insights.

• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activities.

• Prepare sales reports and submit to management regularly.

• Ensure compliance with company branding, SOPs, and marketing guidelines.

• As per company policy.
