Hena Technology is a fast-growing full-service advertising & media agency. We are seeking a highly experienced, well-connected, and result-driven Business Development Manager who can bring active client leads, close high-value deals, and play a key role in driving the agency’s growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
3–5 years of experience in Advertising Agency / Media / Event / Production industry
Must have existing client leads, proven portfolio, and strong industry network
Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, budgeting & deal closing
Hands-on experience with ATL / BTL / TTL campaign planning
Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
Target-driven, strategic, proactive, and business-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients through personal network and market connections
Sell advertising, digital marketing, and media services
Develop winning pitches, proposals, budgets, and presentations
Close deals and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and decision-makers
Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Production & Client Service teams
Contribute to strategic business growth initiatives
