About the Role

Hena Technology is a fast-growing full-service advertising & media agency. We are seeking a highly experienced, well-connected, and result-driven Business Development Manager who can bring active client leads, close high-value deals, and play a key role in driving the agency’s growth.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in Advertising Agency / Media / Event / Production industry

  • Must have existing client leads, proven portfolio, and strong industry network

  • Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, budgeting & deal closing

  • Hands-on experience with ATL / BTL / TTL campaign planning

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English

  • Target-driven, strategic, proactive, and business-focused mindset

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through personal network and market connections

  • Sell advertising, digital marketing, and media services

  • Develop winning pitches, proposals, budgets, and presentations

  • Close deals and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and decision-makers

  • Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Production & Client Service teams

  • Contribute to strategic business growth initiatives
