Save The Date (SD) is a premium wedding stationery brand known for crafting high-end, customized wedding invitations. We work closely with clients to turn their vision into beautifully designed, tangible experiences.

We are looking for a smart, responsible, and detail-oriented Sales Executive who can manage both customer relationships and order execution with ownership.


Key Responsibilities

• Attend and manage walk-in customers in the showroom

• Handle online inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) promptly

• Understand client requirements and guide them in design & product selection

• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients until closure

• Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth execution

• Ensure accuracy in order details, pricing, and timelines

• Track and update order status and client communication

• Maintain proper CRM records and customer database

• Handle post-sale communication and ensure customer satisfaction

• Identify gaps, issues, or delays and escalate proactively

• Stay updated with wedding trends, design styles, and customer preferences
