Manage day-to-day showroom operations efficiently
Lead, motivate, and supervise sales staff
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain product display, stock management, and inventory control
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
Coordinate with suppliers and management for stock and promotions
Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and brand standards
