Education:
    • Bachelor degree in any discipline
    • Masters degree in any discipline
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any discipline with no Third Division or equivalent CGPA/GPA in any academic records. Preference shall be given to the candidates having degree preferably in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Head of Retail Sales/Deputy Head of Retail Sales in any Bank.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.


Responsibilities & Context:

A Leading Private Commercial Bank is looking for Experienced Officials

Place of Posting: Retail Distribution Division, Head Office

Employment Status: Permanent in the rank up to Assistant Vice President.   

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and execute the nationwide sales strategy of the Bank, ensuring sustainable growth in deposits, loans, and fee-based income while expanding the customer base across Retail, SME, and Agricultural segments, in full compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
  • Formulate and implement national sales strategies aligned with the Bank’s business objectives
  • Drive growth in Retail, SME, and Agricultural portfolios, including deposits, loans, and cards
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor nationwide sales teams
  • Achieve assigned business targets through effective planning and execution
  • Identify new market opportunities nationwide
  • Ensure quality asset growth by coordinating with Credit Risk and maintaining portfolio health
  • Monitor sales performance, MIS, and market trends for informed decision-making
  • Strengthen distribution channels including branches, sub-branches, and agent banking outlets
  • Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal policies
  • Promote customer-centric service culture and prevent mis-selling practices
