Responsibilities & Context:
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for Modern Trade, HoReCa, Institutional, and Corporate segments

  • Setting sales targets, forecasts, and budgets for each channel

  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends

  • Acquiring new clients in hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, and institutions

  • Expanding relationships with key accounts (chains, corporate groups, distributors)

  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements

  • Maintaining strong relationships with major Modern Trade retailers and corporate clients

  • Ensuring proper product listing, visibility, and shelf placement in retail outlets

  • Handling client queries, complaints, and service issues

  • Overseeing Modern Trade operations including merchandising and promotions

  • Managing HoReCa and Institutional distribution networks

  • Coordinating with distributors and ensure timely product availability

  • Monitoring sales performance against targets and KPIs

  • Preparing regular sales reports and market feedback

  • Ensuring timely collection of payments and credit control

  • Leading and supervising sales executives and field staff

  • Providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations

  • Motivate the team to achieve targets

  • Collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns, promotions, and activations

  • Planning in-store promotions, trade marketing activities, and product launches

  • Analyzing competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
