Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience in corporate branding within financial institutions

Pragati Insurance PLC is looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager- Media & PR professional to lead brand positioning, media relations, and public communications. The role requires a creative thinker with strong execution ability to enhance corporate image, manage reputation, and drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Management
Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations
Media & Public Relations
Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and agencies
Prepare press releases, media kits, speeches, and corporate announcements
Manage media coverage and monitor public sentiment
Corporate Communication
Oversee internal and external communication strategies
Handle crisis communication and reputation management
Ensure alignment of messaging with regulatory and corporate standards
Digital & Content Strategy
Supervise social media presence and digital campaigns
Develop engaging content for online and offline platforms
Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
