Additional Skills (Preferred)

Responsibilities & Context:

About the Role

  • Pragati Insurance PLC is looking for a dynamic and strategic Manager- Media & PR professional to lead brand positioning, media relations, and public communications. The role requires a creative thinker with strong execution ability to enhance corporate image, manage reputation, and drive impactful campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Brand Management

  • Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business goals

  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand activations

Media & Public Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, and agencies

  • Prepare press releases, media kits, speeches, and corporate announcements

  • Manage media coverage and monitor public sentiment

Corporate Communication

  • Oversee internal and external communication strategies

  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management

  • Ensure alignment of messaging with regulatory and corporate standards

Digital & Content Strategy

  • Supervise social media presence and digital campaigns

  • Develop engaging content for online and offline platforms

  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly
