Additional Requirements:
Background: Must have working experience in any reputed non-life Insurance Company, Bank, Financial Institution or any respected organization. Preference shall be given to the candidates working in Sales & Marketing Division.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
Responsibilities & Context:
Must have good understanding of Insurance plans including motor, fire, marine, and all non-life insurance policies.
Design and implement strategic marketing plans to reach Annual Non-Life Insurance Premium procurement targets.
Develop and promote monthly, quarterly and annual Insurance Premium procurement objectives.
Design and implement effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
Contact potential clients and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc.
