  • Strong skills in pitching, negotiation, budgeting & deal closing

  • Hands-on experience with ATL / BTL / TTL campaign planning

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English

  • Target-driven, strategic, proactive, and business-focused mindse

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients through personal network and market connections

  • Sell advertising, digital marketing, and media services

  • Develop winning pitches, proposals, budgets, and presentations

  • Close deals and achieve monthly & annual revenue targets

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands and decision-makers

  • Coordinate with Creative, Digital, Production & Client Service teams

  • Contribute to strategic business growth initiatives
