• Masters

• At least 3 years

• Age 22 to 40 years

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client handling (travel/visa industry preferred)

• Strong communication and convincing skills (Bangla + basic English)

• Proven ability to handle clients and close dealsHighly responsible, organized, and detail-oriented

• Strong follow-up mindset and ability to work under pressure

• Positive attitude with a performance-driven approach

• Handle incoming client calls, inquiries, and walk-ins professionally

• Understand client requirements and provide accurate visa-related guidance

• Convince and convert potential clients through effective communication

• Follow up with interested clients and maintain a strong conversion pipeline

• Coordinate with internal processing team for smooth file handling

• Ensure proper collection and verification of client documents

• Provide regular updates to clients regarding their application status

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and file progress

• Handle client concerns, objections, and complaints in a calm and professional manner

• Maintain company standards, discipline, and service quality at all times
