Ashaloy Housing & Developers Ltd., a reputed land development company, is expanding its marketing and sales operations for its RAJUK-approved residential project located in Purbachal, near Dhaka. The company is currently developing large-scale condominium, apartment, and plot projects.

To strengthen its sales and promotional activities, the company is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the positions of Sr. Executive / Executive – Marketing & Sales. The selected candidates will play a key role in planning and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving overall sales performance for the company’s residential projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell company land plot Apartments individual & condominium in the approved project.

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and client meetings

• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Conduct site visits with potential customers

• Follow up with clients and close sales effectively

• Prepare sales reports and update client databases

• Assist in planning promotional campaigns and marketing activities

• Maintain proper documentation as per company policy
