Job Context:

Ashaloy Housing & Developers Ltd., a reputed land development company, is expanding its marketing and sales operations for its RAJUK-approved residential project located in Purbachal, near Dhaka. The company is currently developing large-scale condominium, apartment, and plot projects.

To strengthen its sales and promotional activities, the company is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the positions of GM / DGM / Manager – Marketing & Sales. The selected candidates will play a key role in planning and executing sales strategies, leading the sales team, and driving overall sales performance for the company’s residential projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and monitor marketing and sales strategies

• Lead, motivate, and manage the marketing and sales team

• Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

• Promote company’s residential projects, including apartments, plots, and condominiums

• Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis

• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements
