·Retail / Store Management Knowledge

·Sales & Customer Management

· Inventory & Stock Management

· Oversee and manage daily showroom operations efficiently

·Lead and supervise Sales Executives and support staff

·Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets

·Maintain proper product display according to brand guidelines

·Ensure effective stock management and inventory control

·Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment with suppliers and management

·Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally

·Implement marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and company policies

·Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales, inventory, and performance reports

·Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement

·Ensure showroom cleanliness, discipline, and adherence to brand standards
